The IPV family came together in grand style for IPV Ascension 2026 — our annual flagship event that celebrates the spirit, dedication, and achievements of the people who make IPV what it is. This year’s evening was nothing short of spectacular, blending tradition, recognition, laughter, and celebration into one unforgettable night.
A Blessed Beginning
The evening opened on a deeply rooted and auspicious note with a traditional Ganesh Vandana and Deep Prajwalan, invoking blessings of wisdom and prosperity as we stepped into yet another chapter of our journey together. It was a moment of reflection, gratitude, and unity that set the perfect tone for the night ahead.
Celebrating Our People
Before the glitz of awards, IPV took a heartfelt moment to honour every single employee for their relentless hard work and dedication throughout the year. Each team member was presented with a curated gift set — featuring a bag, bottle, mug, shirt, and T-shirt — a small but meaningful token of appreciation from the organization to each individual who contributes to our collective success every single day.

The celebration took a fun turn with a live Stand-Up Comedy Show by Raghav Thakkar, who had the entire room in splits with his sharp wit and relatable humour. It was the perfect way to let loose, laugh together, and remind ourselves that a great work culture is also one filled with joy.
A group photo session brought everyone together, followed by a lively photo booth where employees, partners, and families struck their best poses and created memories they’ll carry long after the night ended.
The After Party
As the night truly came alive, IPV Ascension 2026 concluded with an incredible After Party — an evening of fine food, flowing drinks, live music, a pumping DJ, and the dance floor that nobody wanted to leave.
