With this vision, on 11th and 12th May, our team successfully participated in an intensive two-day training program conducted by Mr. Vijay Dhonde, focusing on two critical areas of organizational excellence:

The Lean Awareness Workshop introduced participants to the principles of lean thinking and operational efficiency. Team members gained practical exposure to lean methodologies that can be implemented in day-to-day operations to improve productivity and streamline execution.
The 8D Problem-Solving training focused on structured and data-driven problem resolution methodologies widely adopted across quality-centric industries. Participants learned how to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, prevent recurrence of issues, and enhance overall process reliability through a disciplined problem-solving framework. The sessions encouraged analytical thinking, collaboration, and a solution-oriented approach toward operational challenges.
