Time away from the desk helps teams reconnect without the looming stress of meeting deadlines or deliverables. On a quiet January morning, the ImageProVision team headed out to a resort for a day that was equal parts light and active. The morning began with music, a few shayaris, and a stand-up act by one of our own. From there, the pace picked up with pool time, a rain dance, and a short match on the cricket ground.
Later, smaller groups tried their hand at ziplining, sky cycling, rope bridge walks, and other outdoor activities that added a different kind of energy to the day. The focus was on being present, sharing a few laughs, and getting to know the team outside of screens and schedules.

Pharmaceutical Dosage Analysis for Particle Size Determination:
- Utilize an optical microscope with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software to measure particle size.
- Perform analysis both in-house and at customer locations as required.

Software Installation and Setup:
- Install and configure software products at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

- Conduct training sessions for customers on software features and functionalities to ensure effective utilization.

Customer Support:
- Provide technical support to customers by resolving queries and issues both remotely (offline) and through onsite visits when necessary.

New Product Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team, sales team, and customers to contribute to the creation and improvement of new products.

- Collaborate with the software testing department to support the development, enhancement, and testing of software products.
Eligibility:
- Final-year or recently graduated with some computer knowledge.
- Strong interest in technical support, software, and pharmaceutical analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: ImageProVision Headquarters, Baner, Pune.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Summary:
Intern will work under Manager –Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Analysis of Pharmaceutical Dosages for Particle size determination by using the Optical microscope with 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant software
- Documentation of Analysis
- Research on new method development for different types of samples
- Interaction with customers related to analysis
- Following Laboratory practises as per GLP requirement

Eligibility:
- Education: Final Year M.Sc./B.Tech Biotechnology students (or passed out students who want internship and Project)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team and gain hands-on experience in global marketing. The employee will work closely with the Marketing Manager and contribute to various strategic and operational marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer and prospect database
- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, and calls
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for marketing and sales purposes
- Support LinkedIn content creation – posts, articles, and engagement strategies
- Help coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing
- Manage corporate communication related to events, conferences, and webinars

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding packaging related inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot system related problems reported by customers, identify root cause and develops practical solutions
